To be clearer, the first application of our technology was the use of drones to ensure the architects drawings and the end product were precisely the same thing, ensuring quality measurements, quality assurance, early warning reports, reduced labour costs, immediate identification of potential problems (the sooner a problem is identified the cheaper it is to remedy – from the foundations to the last tile in the en suite bathroom. Health & safety costs, risks and insurance are greatly reduced too and semi-skilled labourers can be easily and quickly trained to using our software. A single foreman can manage multiple sites at once from their control room. While drones may care about certain types of weather they will also happily work throughout the night autonomously as well as providing a red/amber/green report to the foreman/builder/architect/client as desired each morning cutting down on meetings. Contractors on site are also identified so that any claims against these are caught during the work rather than after the building is completed, where folding a limited company is a common and unethical process to mitigate litigation.
